WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?
Design My Prints offers a secure payment partnered with Wix.
WHAT IS DESIGN MY PRINTS RETURN POLICY?
Design My Prints only offers returns for mistaken or damaged items ONLY. No returns are authorized after sales are complete.
For Mistaken Items
It can take up to 30 days for an item to return to us once shipped. When the item arrives at Design My Prints, the correct item will be reprinted and shipped to the buyer.
For Damaged Items
It can take up to 30 days for the damaged item to return to us once shipped. When the damaged item arrives at Design My Prints, a new one will be printed and shipped out to the buyer.
The Process goes as follows:
The buyer takes a picture of the damaged/mistaken print and emails it to designmyprints@gmail.com.
The subject should include the order number.
After the email is sent, please allow 24 hours for Design My Prints to respond with a shipping label and location for drop-off.
The buyer must drop the print with the original packaging at the shipment location. The location will be on the shipping label.
Keep a copy of the tracking number.

DOES DESIGN MY PRINTS DO CUSTOM WORK?
In the suggestion box, customers can add ideas for the artist to design prints. Design My Prints does not do custom work that violates copyright laws.
