Return Policies and Procedures

Design My Prints does not have a refund policy.

Design My Prints allows up to 15 days to return damaged or wrong items. See below for instructions.

If a product is damaged or not what the customer ordered, the customer must email Design My Prints at designmyprints@gmail.com. The following must be included in the email:

  • Subject: Damaged Item with Item Purchase Number (you can find this in the confirmation email sent after the order is placed.

  • Description: Provide an image of the product with any/if any damages.

  • Allow 48-72 hours for a response.

  • The customer will be provided with a return shipment label.

  • Use the same box or shipping container provided with delivery to return the product.

  • When the product arrives at Design My Prints, a new confirmation email will be sent to the customer with new shipping details.

Products take 3-7 days to manufacture.
